Pregnancy Testing + CONFIRMATION
Think you're pregnant? Schedule a free pregnancy test in Montgomery or Wetumpka, Alabama.
We provide medical-grade pregnancy testing and ultrasound services. Even if you have taken home tests, it is important to confirm the result. One of our medical professionals will read the results and answer your questions.
If your test is positive, our staff will determine next steps, such as scheduling an ultrasound exam. An ultrasound can confirm a viable pregnancy and can give an estimate of pregnancy dating. This is valuable information if you’re
considering abortion or your pregnancy options. All services are free and confidential.
No cost. No age restriction. 100% confidential.

Ultrasound Confirmation
If my pregnancy test is positive, why do I need an ultrasound?
Especially if
considering abortion, an ultrasound* will provide you with important information about your pregnancy and options, which includes:
Confirming the pregnancy is in the Uterus
The pregnancy is developing in the uterus. If not, it is an ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency.
Confirming A viable pregnancy
A viable pregnancy is determined by seeing the heartbeat. If there is no heartbeat, the pregnancy could be ending in natural miscarriage.
Determining gestational age
Our sonographers determine the age of the pregnancy based on the measurements taken.
* Ultrasound scans are used to confirm the presence of a viable, uterine pregnancy. We do not use ultrasound to determine gender or diagnose abnormalities. Eligibility criteria apply.
